A social media online student center of sorts, where UPX students can find support and encouragement. Each week showcased a fresh collection of career topics to debate and original motivational quotes to share, as well as a little office humor to keep things fun. In 12 months, the glorified RSS feed was transformed into an optimistic hub that showcased Phoenix pride.

The number of followers tripled from 490,000 to 1.7 million, the average post engagement jumped by 133%, and we recorded an almost 31.5 million organic reach. We were doing it for the students but this work even earned us a spot as a Shorty Award finalist.
